Coach Davies has been a youth basketball skills trainer for Alaskan hoopers for over 20 years. He is currently the head program coach of the Alaska 8 Stars Club. Jeff founded and continues to operate the Elevate program with his wife, Tamara. They are the founders of additional programs such as; AK TOP 40, Ignite, Foundations Skills Training, Alaska Basketball Hub, BattleGrounds Invite Series, and many other Valley Youth leagues and tournaments.
